- Emptying of the coffee grounds
container was not recognised: empty
the coffee grounds container or if it is
empty, pull it out and insert it again
after about 10 seconds.
17 Using the Total Cups
Counter
The coffee machine has the facility to
display the total number of cups of
coffee made.
If the Key for 2 cups of coffee (Fig. 3, a)
is used to make 2 cups of coffee at
the same time, these are counted as 2
cups.
Switch the appliance on and wait until
it is in the base position.
Simultaneously press and hold the
"Steam Pre-selector" key (Fig. 3, e)
and the "On/Off" key (Fig. 3, f)
Keep both keys pressed for around
1 second, until the Key for 1 cup of
coffee (Fig. 3, b)

flash in sequence, showing the number
of cups made:
1 x flash corresponds to
10,000 cups
1 x flash corresponds 1,000 cups
1 x flash corresponds 100 cups

The flashing sequence is continuously
repeated. All the indicators are briefly
illuminated at once before each repeti-
tion.
Count the number of individual flashes
by each indicator.
Example: The following flashing
sequence corresponds to 1,529 cups.
