5. Adjust height of cutter wheel assembly to a convenient position. Align the
cutter wheel with the mark on the tubing.
NOTE: To adjust height of the cutter wheel assembly, push handle to the
right and relocate position pin by moving handle up or down.
6. Lower the handle until the cutter wheel support rollers contact the tubing
(Figure 4). Turn the ON/OFF switch to the ON position.
Caution: Tubing will rotate. Keep hands away from ends of tubing that
may have burrs or sharp edges.
7. Apply pressure to the handle slowly and continuously until the tubing is
cut. Do not force the cutter wheel into the workpiece. This will damage

maximum height.

Ensure that the shoulder bolt remains inserted in arbor to keep tension
spring in place.
2. Remove cutter wheel screw and replace cutter wheel.
3. Reinstall hold down wheel carriage and tighten shoulder bolt.
Motor
Motor is equipped with a thermal overload that turns off the motor in the event
it develops excessive heat. To reset the thermal overload, wait approximately
15 minutes for the motor to cool and remove the bottom cover. Press the red
button located on the end of the motor opposite the reamer.
Warning: To prevent electrical shock, make sure machine is unplugged from
power source before removing cover.
Replace the cover and plug the machine into an electrical outlet. Turn the
