17. Original spare parts must be used in order to maintain the original characteristics and
the validity of the certification.
18. Turn off always the machine while maintaining it or exchanging tools.
19. Once you have finished operations always re-mount the eventually removed
protections before turning on the machine.
20. Always keep your hands off the pre-assembling area when the motor is working.
When inserting the hose to pre-assemble, make sure that there is at least a
minimum distance of 120mm between the operator's hand and the pre-assembling
area.
21. Use limit:
• The machine cannot be used in bursting setting.

• Do not leave the machinery exposed to atmospherical agents which do not fit into

protection degree of the installed components.

24. Do not insert plastic, glass or other kind of objects in the operating area or in moving

25. Do not accomplish repairs personally, address the building firm.

Do not disperse in the environment. Act according to the national and/or communitarian
legislative regulations in force.
MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS
The PNEUMATIC UNISPEED 01 is constructed to prefit rings on DIN 2353 fittings. Its
special feature is its pneumatic operation and the manual pressure regulation by means
of the handwheel on the front panel of the machine. The operating pressure is indicated
in the table fixed to the machine.
Briefly, the machine comprises:
•
Base frame, in steel plate and structural work, which supports the drive and
machining components.
•
Machining component, comprising a piston.
•
Drive component, comprising an air-oil pressure booster.
