PRELIMINARY CHECKS

Place the machine on a stable surface and in a position convenient for use.
Make sure that the equipment operates with an air pressure not exceeding 6 bar.
Make sure that the moving parts are clean and lightly greased (type of grease
recommended KLUBER STABURAGS NBV30).
Carry out a feed and return piston test to verify that everything goes on without
problems (it is dangerous to get too close with the hands to the operative area of the
piston).
Check the oil level and fill or top up if necessary; to get to the oil filler cap remove
the upper housing.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

It is essential that any operation on the machine is carried out by qualified and

authorized personnel who is informed of its working process.

Never perform any cleaning, lubrication or maintenance operation while the machine
is working.
Make sure that the moving parts are always lightly greased (type of grease
suggested Kluber Staburags NBV 30 ).
Anytime the machine is to be used,check in advance the efficiency of the safety
devices.
Preliminary check the state of the connections, the integrity of the pipes, that there
are no oil leakages or other anomalies, doing some idling.
Verify daily the wear and tear and readability of the warning signs.
Promptly eliminate dust, water or dirt deposits as they could alter the good running
and rhe life of the system.
In case of non correct working of the booster (noticeable also from the noise),
dismount it and replace with a new one. We recommend to address the building firm
for the repair.
Check the oil level in the pressure booster periodically. Check through the sight
glass provided (fig. 1, pos. 5) that the oil level is correct.

below:
a) Fill the syringe with oil
b) Unscrew the vent cap.
c) Inject oil into the valve provided (fig. 1, pos. 7) until the red marker appears
again.
d) Screw the vent cap back into place.
