DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS (pic.1)
1. "GUIDELINE TABLE OF OPERATING PRESSURES"
Indicates the recommended pressure for prefitting rings.
2. "OIL PRESSURE GAUGE"
Indicates the oil pressure in the booster.
3. "AIR PRESSURE GAUGE"
Indicates the air pressure value. Use it to regulate the prefitting pressure.
4. "REGULATOR KNOB"
Used to regulate the working pressure. The knob can be locked in the required
position by pressing it. To release, pull out gently.
5. "OIL LEVEL SIGHT GLASS"
Indicates the oil level in the pressure booster.
6. "VENT VALVE"
Push before topping up, to vent the air.
7. "OIL FILLER VALVE"
Used to top up the oil level in the pressure booster
8. "MOBILE GUARD"
Closing the door trips the safety limit switch. Without its consent no confirmation
signal is given for the cycle to start.
9. "CYCLE START PUSH BUTTON "
Keep this button pressed down to enable the piston to complete a working stroke,
release it will automatically return.
