Operating principle
Teppan Yaki is an old Japanese tradition for frying and
roasting. Preparing the food is an experience, the food
is prepared – without pots or pans – directly on the
frying surface. Use the included spatulas to turn the
food and to remove food residues.

Cleaning the appliance
Before using the appliance for the first time, clean it
thoroughly with lukewarm soapy water.
Heating up the teppanyaki surface
To eliminate the new-appliance smell, heat up the
teppanyaki surface without anything on it for a few
minutes at 200 °C.
