2. INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTION

Introduction

HTFLEX3003 is an innovative three-phase current transducer that combines easy use with
measurement accuracy thanks to Rogowski method.
HTFLEX3003 transducer is similar in purpose to a CT or current transformer used to
measure three phase currents. Fig. 1 shows the three phase current probe. The outputs
are max 1V∼ analogue voltages proportional to the AC currents in the conductors. The
output signals are isolated form the hazardous conductor potentials and are exact replicas
of the current waveforms in the conductors. The output signals are available via a 3 pin
connector (see Fig. 2 for output signal pin assignment).
