HOOD ASSEMBLY
Phase 1 (fig. 1)
- Place the support bar (A) on the wall at a height from the cooker determined by the sum of
the heights X+Y+320 mm.
- With a spirit level, verify the horizontal alignment and mark 2 points to drill holes at the ends
of the bar.
- Drill the holes, insert 2 8mm expansion bolts and fasten the bar with the relative screws.
Phase 2 (fig. 2)
- Hook the hood onto the support bar.
- Adjust the alignment of the hood, using the fixing screws. The top screw (B) adjusts the
distance from the wall, the bottom one (C) adjusts vertical movement.
Phase 3 (fig. 3)
- To prevent the hood from falling due to pressure beneath it, attach it to the wall with an ex-
pansion bolt and relative screw using the holes drilled into the back of the hood or the cover
brackets.
- With exhaust versions, connect the output fitting of the fan to the external air outlet using
suitable piping.
- Set up the electric connection only once the electric power supply to the hood has been cut
off.
Phase 4 (fig. 4)
- Place extension (H) in the flue (G) and fasten this assembly to the body of the hood using the
8 screws (V1).
- Slide the extension (H) until it is positioned at the desired height.
- Once you have found the best position, place the bracket on the wall (L), using a spirit level
check the horizontal alignment and mark two drilling points at the ends of the bar.
- Drill the holes, insert n. 2 expansion bolts of 4mm ø and fasten the bracket (L) with the relative
screws.
- Tighten the extension (H) to the bracket (L) using screws (M).
- Power the hood in accordance with regulations in force (sec. D).

Phase 1 (fig. 5)
- Measure distance (L) from the back of the hood to the centre of the holes used to attach it.
- Measure the distance (M) between the two holes.
- Align the centre line of the cooker with the centre line of the hood so as to divide "M" in half
("M/2").
- The position of the holes to be drilled at height, with respect to the cooker, is L+X
- Drill the holes, insert the Ø 8 mm expansion bolts and attach hooks G using relative screws.
Phase 2 (fig. 6)
- Take the metal filters off of the hood and attach the hood to hooks G.
- To prevent the hood from falling due to pressure below, fasten it to the wall with an expansion
plug and relative screw using the appropriate holes on the back of the hood or the cover
brackets.
- Set up the electric connection only after having disconnected the electric power supply.
Phase 3 (fig. 7)
- Place extension (H) in the flue (G) and fasten this assembly to the body of the hood using the
provided screws.
Phase 4 (fig. 8)
- Slide the extension (H) until it is positioned at the desired height.
