6.1 Care

Care of the MiniFil is essentially limited to cleaning dust and debris off all surfaces
and checking the filter cartridges.
Note the warnings listed in Section 2.5 "Safety Instructions for Maintenance and Fault
Clearance on the MiniFil".
WARNING
Do not clean the MiniFil with compressed air! This may result in dust
and/or dirt particles getting into the ambient air.
Proper care helps to keep the MiniFil functioning correctly at all times.
Clean the MiniFil thoroughly once a month.
The outer surfaces of the MiniFil can be cleaned with a suitable industrial vacuum
cleaner for dust class H or alternatively wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Check the extraction hose for damage e.g. burn holes from sparks or chafing.
Information
Major defects and leaks lead to a reduction of the extraction
efficiency of the extraction nozzle. Replace the hose with a new
one in time.

6.2 Maintenance

Regular inspection and servicing have a positive effect on the reliable functioning of
the MiniFil and should be done at least once a year.
The device works maintenance-free with the exception of the necessary filter
replacement, emptying of the pre-separator and the wear-dependent checks and
associated replacement of the turbine carbon brushes

6.3 Filter change

The life span of a filter insert depends on the type and quantity of discharged
particles. A pre-separator is fitted upstream to increase the service life of the main
