Burn-back:
The burn back function prevents the
welding
workpiece at the end of a weld. Burn back time can be
adjusted between 1 and 30, where 1 is closest to the
weld pool and 30 is closest to the contact tip.
Gas post-flow time:
Gas post-flow time is the time for
which shielding gas continues to
flow after the arc is extinguished and cools off the
torch. The gas post-flow time is the time from which
the arc extinguishes to the gas flow is disconnected.
The time can be set between 0 and 20 sec.
Spot time:
Welding stops automatically, de-
pending on the time set in spot
time. It is, however, possible to stop welding by
pressing the torch trigger.
The spot time is adjustable between 0.0 sec. and 50
sec. 0 indicates that spot has not been selected.
Use of tack function
The key pad is used for activation of the tack
function. The "tack symbol" will be shown in
the lower right corner when the tack function
is active.
The trigger method will always be 2-times in
this setting.
The tack function is stopped, when the "tack
symbol" has been pressed one more time.

Program selector
The key pad is used for shift/selection of one
of the programs on the installed MigaCARD.
Thereby the lower line in the primary display
becomes active and the "arrow" begins to
flash on and off.
The left control knob is used for shift
between the different programs.
The program selector icon must be pressed
again when the required program has been
found. All parameters will be automatically
loaded and made active.
Setting of sequence
Number of sequences
The sequence icon must be held for more
than 1 sec. in order to adjust the number of
sequences.
The sequence symbol thereby begins to
flash on and off. The requested number of
sequences can be selected by turning the
right control knob.
The sequence key pad must be pressed
again once for selecting the number of
sequences. Thereby the sequence icon
stops flashing on and off and it is now
possible to flick through each sequence
with the sequence key pad.
The key pad is an infinity key pad, which
means that the first sequence follows the
last sequence.
