Turning on/off
Turning on
1.
Be sure to lower the volume of the amp or mixer that you're going to be connecting, and
then insert the cable into an INPUT jack of the SDD-3000 PEDAL.
When a plug is inserted into an INPUT jack, the SDD-3000 PEDAL starts up.
2.
Adjust the INPUT ATTENUATOR switch and OUTPUT ATTENUATOR switch according
to the connected instrument or device.

3.
Adjust the level of the input to the SDD-3000 PEDAL.
While playing your instrument, check the HEAD ROOM indicator and adjust the INPUT
LEVEL knob.
With the volume set to the maximum, adjust the INPUT LEVEL knob so that the input signal
does not clip.
Improperly setting the input level may result in distortion or a poor S/N ratio.
4.
Increase the volume of the connected amp or mixer.
Note: The SDD-3000 PEDAL has an Auto Power-Off function. If there is no operation or input
for approximately 4 hours, the SDD-3000 PEDAL automatically turns off. (See page 24 "Auto
Power-Off function")
Turning off
1.
Decrease the volume of the connected amp or mixer to 0.
2.
Disconnect the cable from the INPUT jack.
Selecting a program
1.
Press the BANK UP foot switch. You can also, hold down the TAP/BANK DOWN foot switch.
The bank number increases or decreases by 1, and the SDD-3000 PEDAL switches to bank
selection mode. At this time, the PROGRAM display blinks.
2.
With the TAP/BANK DOWN and BANK UP foot switches, select the program bank.
Each time you press the TAP/BANK DOWN foot switch, the bank number decreases by 1. If
the foot switch is held down, the bank number decreases by 10.
Each time you press the BANK UP foot switch, the bank number increases by 1. If the foot
switch is held down, the bank number increases by 10.
