arm ("L") the tip of the pad faces downwards.
When wearing the support the tip of the pad
should always point towards the hand.
• Adjust the circumference to be as large as
possible and fix the strap to the support (fig. 2).
• Pull the support up over the affected forearm,
always with the fastener facing outwards
(fig. 3).
• In order to find the correct position for the
pad on your forearm pull your clenched fist
upwards if you have lateral epicondylitis, or
downwards if you have medial epicondylitis.
Place the pad on the tense muscles
(radialis = outside of the arm [lateral]), ulnaris
= inside of the arm [medial] so that the edge
of the support is about 5 cm from your elbow
joint (fig. 4).
• Lay your forearm on a firm surface and
tighten the strap to the number that
corresponds to the circumference of your arm,
e.g., up to "6" for a forearm circumference of
29 cm (fig. 5). The support should now fit your
arm firmly without slipping or causing
constriction. You can adjust the pressure to
maintain your own personal comfort.
The product must always be used on the
instructions of a doctor and put on for the first
time under the supervision of trained
professional staff, e.g. an orthopaedic
technician. Please ask your doctor if you are
using other products at the same time.

Care instructions

Velcro fasteners should be closed for washing.
Soap residues, lotions and ointments can cause
skin irritation and material wear.
• Wash the product by hand, preferably using
medi clean washing agent.
• Do not bleach.
• Leave to dry naturally.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
    

Storage instructions

Store in a dry place at room temperature.
Protect from heat, direct sunlight and
moisture.
