I MAINTENANCE OF CARTRIDGE FILTERS
The filters in the skimmer must be periodically cleaned, ac-
cording to the amount of use the MaxiJacuzzi
and replaced when necessary, when they show signs of de-
terioration. The cartridges are available from Jacuzzi
rised dealers and Service Centres.
• Check the skimmer at least once a week to remove any sedi-
ment such as leaves, hair, etc.
• Periodically check the filters. With normal use of the Maxi-
Jacuzzi ® , it is advisable to clean the filters at least once a week.
If necessary, the filters should be cleaned, because clogged fil-
ters cannot keep the water clean. They also compromise prop-
er operation of the system.
• To clean the filters, remove the skimmer cover, unscrew the fil-
ter baskets and take them out.

• Separate the filter folds and clean with a jet of running water.
• Refit, repeating the operations in reverse order.
CAUTION
After cleaning the filters, do not re-start the Max-
iJacuzzi ® until you have re-assembled all com-
ponents.
I AROMATHERAPY
• The cartridge located on the rim of the MaxiJacuzzi
perfumed essential oils into the water. Once this cartridge is
finished, it can be replaced by simply unscrewing the plug and
replacing it with a new one (cartridges are available from au-
thorised dealers and technical service centres).
NOTE: Replace used cartridges when the blower is off.

Never clean the filters and filtering cartridges with the
pumps running. Turn off
Never start the pump and the heater if the water level is
not above the hydromassage nozzles. Always fill the
Maxi Jacuzzi ® up to the mark on the skimmer.
