Close the lid of the tub. Turn the On/Off switch
(No27) on the machine to ON. Turn the
dirty-clean (No31) lever to vertical position for
recirculation. S
Set the washing timer (No26) by turning it
clockwise to the desired time. The solvent aspira-
ted from the recirculation solvent tank will begin
to come out of the dispenser nozzles (No20) and
the spray gun nozzle (No21) of the spray jet
nozzle system inside the tub to perform further
washing of the parts, while the blower nozzles
(No22) will deliver air.
If the lid of the tub is opened during the wash
cycle, the pump stops, stopping the wash cycle.
In any case it is strictly forbidden to open the lid
of the tub during washing to prevent any spurts
of detergent coming out of the tub on account of
the residual pressure inside the tubes.
Once the wash time set has elapsed the pump
stops and the vapour suction begins.

8.2. FINAL AUTOMATIC RINSE

Position the dirty<->clean lever (No31) in the
rinse position (horizontal) for clean solvent and
press the rinse button (No30) for the desired time
for this operation. This way the dispenser nozzles
of the washing spray jet system will spray clean
solvent into the tub and the blower nozzles will
deliver air. Rinsing of the pieces in the tub termi-
nates when the rinse button is released and aspi-
ration works.
ATTENTION: Press the rinse button only for the
few seconds needed for this operation to avoid
wasting clean solvent.
Occasionally poor functioning of the machine
may occur. In such cases refrain from using the
machine and arrange the necessary maintenance
before incurring in risk of accidents or damages.

9. MALFUNCTIONS AND SOLUTIONS

- 18 -
The clean solvent used to rinse the pieces is
drained off into the drum of already used solvent.
Open the lid of the tub and remove the parts of
the gun from the various supports. When perfor-
ming these operations, the air suction will work.
Blow some air on the spare parts to dry them by
means of the air blow gun, if necessary.
Once the washing operations have been comple-
ted, close the lid of the tub level and the lid of the
machine.
Always check the position of the dirty<->clean
lever (No31), before performing the initial wash
of the spray guns: it must be vertical for recircula-
tion solvent, so as not to waste clean solvent.
If you want to blow air on the gun parts to dry,
use the special dispenser air gun (No18).
After finishing the washing operation close the lid
of the tank and switch OFF general ON / OFF
valve to stop the intake of the fumes.

8.3. MANUAL CLEANING WITH BRUSH

Put the ON/OFF switch (No29) in the ON posi-
tion to dispense recycled solvent trough the
brush.
8.4. MANUAL RINSING WITH ATOMIZED USE OF
SOLVENT
On the suction hood, a nozzle is present for
nebulized from which protrudes a small amount
of clean solvent in spray form.
Turn ON the ON/OFF valve general (No27),
turn On the valve ON/OFF of the atomized if
you want a manual rinsing of the pieces or to
take clean solvent. Keep the lid of the tank
opened not to disperse the solvent.
The solvent used to clean the spray will fall within
the dirty solvent drum through the discharge
place on the washing tub.
