Problem
No function when ON/OFF Trigger Switch (5) is operated
Stopped working after some operation time

No power
Defective ON/OFF Trigger Switch
Tool is overheating
Blade teeth worn
Blade damaged
Incorrectly fitted blade
Loose blade
Other part of tool has worked loose
Accessory incorrectly fitted or loose
Track Fine Adjustment Cams (15 & 9) incorrectly tensioned
Possible Solution
Check mains connection
Replace the ON/OFF Trigger Switch at an authorised Triton
service centre
Switch OFF the tool and let it cool down to room
temperature. Ensure motor vents are clear
Replace blade
Replace blade
Refit blade
Tighten blade securing bolt
Check and if possible retighten, otherwise have repaired by
an authorised Triton service centre
Correctly fit accessory
Tension correctly to reduce vibration and improve cutting
performance
