2.3.2.2 Closed-circuit principle (fail-safe)
Without operating voltage, the outside and inside lever handles are cou-
pled (closed-circuit principle).
By applying operating voltage (e.g. via a switch), outside and inside lever
handles can be decoupled.
Alternatively, it is always possible to couple the outside and inside lever
handles through the built-in locking cylinder (key).
The following lock functions are available as potential-free contacts:
Position of the cylinder cam / key (initial position or actuated)
Outside lever handle (actuated or not actuated)
Inside lever handle (actuated or not actuated)
2.3.3 SECURY 2116 S / 2119 S (with monitoring contacts)
The multi-point lock is equipped with an automatic lock and mechanical
panic function (panic function E).
The function is identical to the multi-point locks SECURY 2116 / 2119 (see
EN 179
general instructions M -00090-00-0).
Opening the door in escape direction is possible at any time.
The following lock functions are available as potential-free contacts:
EN 1125
Latchbolt (locked or not locked)
Position of the cylinder cam / key (initial position or actuated)
