PASO 36 A:
(CG 125 CARGO)
Instale la tapa trasera y fije las laterales delanteras de la
tapa con dos pernos de brida, 6 mm.
Instale las gomas e los dos espaciadores de fijación (1).
PASO 37 B:
(CG 125 CARGO)
Instale el soporte del casco en el lado izquierdo del
portaequipajes encajando la espiga y fijelo por medio de
los tornillos especiales y con arandela plana, 6 mm.
PASO 38 B:
(CG 125 CARGO)
Remueva las tuercas de fijación superior de los
amortiguadores y una arandela de cada lado.
Instale el portaequipajes encajando las extremidades
delanteras del portaequipajes en los prisioneros de
fijación superior de los amortiguadores con la trasera
del portaequipajes levantada. Baje lentamente la trasera
del portaequipajes hasta que los orificios de fijación
trasera del portaequipajes coincidan con los orificios de
la tapa trasera.
Fije la trasera del portaequipajes con dos tornillos de
brida 8 x 20 mm (1). Vuelva a instalar las arandelas y
tuercas de fijación superior de los amortiguadores y
apriete las tuercas de acuerdo con el torque
especificado.
PAR DE APRIETE: 35 N.m (3,5 kg.m)

STEP 36 A:
(CG 125 CARGO)
Install the rear cover and attach the cover front sides with
two flange bolts 6 mm.
Install two mounting grommets and two mounting collars (1).
STEP 37 B:
(CG 125 CARGO)
Install the helmet bracket on the luggage rack left side and
fasten it by means of two Phillips screws with a plain
washer, 6 mm
STEP 38 B:
(CG 125 CARGO)
Remove the damper upper attachment nuts and one
washer of each side. Install the luggage rack by fitting the
luggage rack front ends into the damper upper attachment
studs having the luggage rack rear part raised. Slowly lower
the luggage rack rear part until the luggage rack rear
attachment holes matches the rear cover holes.
Fasten the luggage rack rear part with two 8 x 20 mm
flange screws (1). Reinstall the damper upper attachment
nuts and washers and fasten the nuts according to the
specified torque.
TORQUE: 35 N.m (3,5 kgf.m, 25 lbf.ft)
