ADJUSTMENTS

5.6.1. Spring preload (front suspension)

In order to access to the spring preload adju-
stment nut, lift the protection sheath and detach
the connector by using a flat head screwdriver.
The adjustment is obtained from the reference

position, which is found by fully turning the adju-
sting nut counterclockwise; from this position, turn
the screw clockwise until you reach the standard
position (see enclosed table). Rotate clockwise to
increase the spring preload or counterclockwise
to decrease it.
When the adjustment operations have been
completed, reattach the connector and replace
the protection sheath.
