Commissioning

4.1

Unpacking

1. Remove the strap and securing clamps from the
pallet as well as the cardboard packaging.

After unpacking, check that the TCE 330-TCE 230 is in
perfect condition and that none of the components
exhibit any signs of damage. In case of doubt, do not
perform commissioning and call in a qualified engineer
and/or the seller of the machine.
2. Take the standard accessories and the packaging ma-
terial out of the transportation crate.

Dispose of the packaging material in the proper man-
ner at an appropriate collection site.

Installing the device

If present, remove the plastic covers at the bottom of
the tire changing machine's column.
i
The next work steps require a suitable crane to lift the
TCE 330-TCE 230.

Tightening torque: 65 N*m
Ensure that the bow's surfaces are accurately aligned
with the surfaces of the housing.
