Note
The lubrication interval S
Load factors:
– dusty and dirty environment
– nominal stroke, 2000 mm or  300 mm
– speed, 2 m/s
– travel profile Z triangular operation (frequent acceleration and braking)
– ambient temperature, +40 °C
– service life of the product, 3 years.
• If one of these factors applies, cut the lubrication interval S
• If more than one factor applies simultaneously, reduce the lubrication interval by
three-quarters.
3. Oil or grease the guide at all relubrication openings (è Fig. 16).
