Machine concept.
The Robot Digital Interface RDI210, art 210.20, is
a connection interface between Cebora Power
Source and Industrial Welding Robot, based on the
Bus Terminal Controller BX3100 Beckhoff.
RDI210 interface is designed to be installed in the
Robot Control cabinet.

The Robot Digital Interface RDI210, art. 210.20, is

made up for a Beckhoff BX3100 Bus Terminal
Controller, a CAN bus cable (4) and a Profibus
cable (26).
CAN bus cable (4), 1.5 m long, is assembled with
a 10 poles female panel connector, to utilize as a
lead through piece through the wall of the Robot
Control cabinet and with Sub-D 9 poles, for
Interface connection.

3.1
Hardware lay-out.

Profibus cable (26), 2 m long, is a 4 wires plus
shield cable, preassembled with two Sub-D 9 poles
male connectors.
The Robot Digital Interface, art. 210.20, is
connected
to
the
connector via the signal cable (3).
