1.1. RESIDUAL RISKS

The device can expose the user to risks that have not been completely eliminated from
a design point of view or with the application of appropriate protections. To provide you
with complete information, below we explain the residual risks that the equipment still
presents: the following behaviors must be considered as incorrect, therefore all of them
are strictly prohibited.
Residual risk:
Slip or fall
Dangerous situation:
The operator may slip due to a wet or dirty floor.
Warning:
During the use of the device make sure that you are wearing your personal non-slip
protective equipment.
Residual risk:
Burn
Dangerous situation:
The operator purposely comes into contact with the device.
Warning:
During the use of the device make sure that you are wearing your personal protective
equipment.
Residual risk:
Burn
Dangerous situation:
The operator intentionally touches substances for cooking which are at high temperature
(oil, water, steam, ...)
Warning:
During the use of the device make sure that you are wearing your heat resistant personal
protective equipment.
Residual risk:
Electric shock
Dangerous situation:
Contact with electrical parts which are under voltage during maintenance operations
carried out with a live distribution panel. The operator intervenes (with an electric tool or
without disconnecting the device's power supply) lying on the ground with a wet surface.
Warning:
The device must be maintained exclusively by authorized professionals and equipped
with personal protective equipment against accidental electric shock.
