2. INSTALLING THE DEVICE

2.1. IMPORTANT WARNINGS

Read this manual carefully, as it contains important information on the safety of the insta-
llation, use and maintenance of the device. Keep this manual so that it can be consulted
by the operators.
- The installation must be carried out following the manufacturer's instructions and
by professionally qualified personnel.
- The device is designed for professional use and should only be used by personnel
trained to operate it.
- Deactivate the device in the event of a breakdown or malfunction. For possible
repairs, go to a service center authorized by the seller and request original spare
parts.
- Avoid improper use of the fryer.
- Do not put wet food in the oil.
- Not following these guidelines may compromise the safety of the device.
