REPLACING THE PILOT BURNER INJECTOR (Fig. 6)
Once the conversion or adaptation for each type of gas has been completed, it is
MANDATORY to place the corresponding plate supplied together with the injectors on
the technical plate.
PRIMARY AIR REGULATION MAIN BURNER (Fig. 5)
- Remove the fixing screw (Ref. D) from the primary air regulation sleeve (Ref. C).
- Place the sleeve (Ref. C) at distance "X" depending on the type of gas installed.
- Refit the fixing screw (Ref. D).
- Seal the regulated component with paint to avoid any manipulation.
NOTE: the primary air is considered to be exactly regulated when it is safely guaran-
teed that the flame does not take off with the burner cold and that a return of the flame
cannot occur with the burner hot.
Once the operations for changing the gas type have been completed:
- Check the tightness of the parts that have been disassembled with soapy water or
with recommended products: the use of flames to detect gas leaks is prohibited.
- Carry out a pressure check using the instructions in the chapter "GAS PRESSURE
CONTROL".
- Place the corresponding plate indicating the new type of gas used on top of the tech-
nical plate.
The nozzles and stickers are supplied with the original equipment.
- Remove the screw cap (Ref. 2), extract the
injector (Ref. 3) and replace it with the one
corresponding to the type of gas chosen.
- Refit the screw cap.
- Check the tightness of the cap with a foamy
product.
