DESCRIPTION OF THE OPERATOR

Envisaged use and Field of application

• Hydraulic operator designed for the automation of swing
gates with double or single leaf, compatible with the follow
technical features and technical data of tab.1.
It is necessary that the gate has mechanical limit
stroke ashore.
• The fi eld of application is limited to gates used for
intensive and continuous residential shared use; the
operator use does not exceed the maximum daily
cycles in the technical specifi cations.
All other uses are considered improper and therefore
hazardous.

Caution
The operator does not form part of the support or safety
system of the gate; the gate should already have ade-
quate safety and support features.
Do not use the product for purposes other than those
specifi ed.
Do not tamper with or modify the product.
The product must only be installed using APRIMATIC
accessories.

Technical features

The operator uses an electric pump and a hydraulic
piston to transmit the motion to the gate.
It is available in the product versions described in tab.2,
with the following features.
Irreversibility by Hydraulic lock (feature related to
product version) : ensuring the stop of the gate while the
engine is not running.
The non-reversible motor doesn't prevent intrusions.
Emergency manual release (in all product versions) :
with release key for manual operation in the event of
power failure.
Limitation of thrust force : by-pass adjustable valves.
Relevant control unit: Aprimatic SWING 230.
Do NOT use other type of control unit. Aprimatic

IMPORTANT: The noise level of the operator, released
from the wing and the pillar, is within the maximum limits
established by EU regulations.
IMPORTANT: the peripheral speed of the gate to be set
must be identifi ed after installation and must always be
set less than 12 m/min, in accordance with the current
regulations.
Avoid the use of high-speed operators on the wide gate-
leaves, as this could cause strong impact against the
stops of the gate.
