Troubleshooting Guide
POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)
SYMPTOM: Burner operates sporadically (SG2136G).
Air pressure switch out of adjustment. Alarm
S
sounds and display indicates one of two blower
failures.
Manifold gas pressure is too low.
S
Gas supply pressure to oven not correct.
S
SYMPTOM: Control displays: BLOWER ZONE HOT --- CHECK HOOD/LOUVERS.
Ventilation hood air flow has slowed or stopped.
S
Louvers are dirty or clogged, restricting cooling
S
air flow.
Defective blower compartment RTD probe.
S
SYMPTOM: Control displays: BLOWER ZONE OVERTEMP --- CALL SERVICE.
Ventilation hood air flow has slowed or stopped.

Blower compartment cooling fan has stopped or
S
louvers are dirty or clogged, restricting cooling
air flow.
Defective blower compartment RTD probe.
S
SYMPTOM: Control displays: FAULT --- CHECK PROBE.
Loose probe leads at control.
S
Indicated probe is open or shorted or defective.
S

recommended, however, that All repairs and/or adjustments be done by your local Blodgett service
agency and not by the owner/operator. Blodgett cannot assume responsibility for damage as a result
of servicing done by unqualified personnel.

Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or servicing the oven.

Check for airflow out of the louvers on the right

side of the oven toward the rear. If none, call ser-
vice. If minimal clean louvers, see page 29.
