• Lesen Sie dieses Dokument aufmerksam durch. • Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise. 1 Verwendungszweck Die 4 in1 Controller LS 9E369 bzw. 9E370 sind ausschließlich zur Steuerung der Elektrohand 2000 8E51 zu verwenden. 1.1 Qualifikation Die Versorgung eines Patienten mit dem Produkt darf nur von Fachpersonal vorgenommen wer- den, welches von Ottobock durch eine entsprechende Schulung autorisiert wurde. -

Das Produkt erfüllt die Anforderungen der Richtlinie 93/42/EWG für Medizinprodukte. Aufgrund der Klassifizierungskriterien für Medizinprodukte nach Anhang IX der Richtlinie wurde das Produkt in die Klasse I eingestuft. Die Konformitätserklärung wurde deshalb von Ottobock in alleiniger Verantwortung gemäß Anhang VII der Richtlinie erstellt. -

Verificare che le superfici di contatto degli elettrodi poggino completamente su pelle sana. Se dovessero insorgere disturbi causati dai meccanismi elettronici, fateli controllare ed eventualmente sostituire. Se i distrurbi dovessero perdurare, rivolgetevi al Servizio di Assistenza Mioelettrico della Ottobock. 9 Manutenzione degli accumulatori Utilizzare solo accumulatori 757B13 completamente carichi. Per preservare l’accumulatore e prolungarne la durata, il Controller LS 4 in1 si spegne automaticamente in caso di accumulatore scarico. -
