Probable Causes
A. Five minutes after pressing one
of the spray icons, washing
automatically stops.
A. The deodorizer is not activated.
A. Automatic flush feature is not
enabled.
A. Night light is not enabled.
B. Low light sensor is not working
properly.
Probable Causes
A. The batteries are not correctly
installed.
B. The batteries are drained.
A. The signal windows on the
remote control are blocked or
dirty.
B. The remote control signal sensor
on the toilet is not receiving the
signal.
A. It is the wrong language in the
display.

Recommended Action
A. Press the "Rear" or "Front" icon
again.
A. Activate the deodorizer feature
using the remote control.
A1. Activate the automatic flush feature
using the remote control.
A2. The sensor did not detect the user.
