3.7 REAR SEED COVERING HARROW

The planting unit may be equipped with back seed covering
harrow. Carry out installation (Fig. 59) before using the planting
unit by following the diagram that comes with the machine:
- Assemble the six harrow support arms (1), as shown in the
figure.
- Disassemble the outer teeth (2) on the three sections of the
harrow.
- Couple the square section bar to the harrow support arms (3).
- Reassemble the outer teeth (2).
- In presence of the rear wheel, to mount is extended it (4) and to
move the pressure controller (5).
The working pressure of the seed covering harrow spring-
operated teeth can be regulated by using the lever (A, Fig. 58).
