3.8 HOE ADJUSTMENT

The mounted wheels for track eradication eliminate the tracks
left by wheels (of the tractor or the planting unit). To adjust the
position of the mounted wheel track eradicator, unscrew the bolts
«A» (Fig. 60), position the mounted wheels and block the bolts.
To adjust the depth of the mounted wheels (max 3÷5 cm), unscrew
C
the nut «B» and the screw «C» (Fig. 60), after adjustment, block
the screw «C» and the nut «B».

3.9 LOADING PLATFORM

Use of the loading (or hopper inspection rif. A Fig. 61) platform is
only consented when the planting unit is at a stand still, the wheels
and safety foot must be standing on level and stable ground
(preferably cement). Ensure that the safety foot has been secured
using the appropriate security pin. There may be one or more
safety feet on the planting unit depending on the model.
