Procedure:
a) Tighten the belts (2) according illustrated on picture.
The belt clearance (deflection) must be between 5 mm
and 10 mm.
b) If necessary, adjust the tension by the lever (1),
according instructions on previous page.
c) IMPORTANT: After obtain the suitable tension install
the locking pin (3) in the hole (4) nearly the bar (5) to lock
the motor, according illustrated on previous page.
Notes:
1- Grease, oil and dust attack the belts, generating premature damaging. Therefore,
maintain the belts always very clean.
2- If the belts present drying, peeling and/or free fibers, change them immediately.
3- Never change only one belt. Always change both of belts.
7.8- Machine Conservation
Protect the machine against bad weather and the corrosive effect of some products.
After the use, adopt the cares below:
- Remove all product waste that remained inside the machine.
- Always if necessary, wash the machine and let it dry at the sun.
- Check the bolts tightener of the impeller knifes.
- Remake painting in the points where needed.
- Lubricate the bearing of the impeller.
- Very important: Always keep the machine in a dry place, protected from sun and rain. Without
this care, there is no preservation
