10- Troubleshooting
Problem
Excessive machine vibration
The chopped material is
threadlike, I.e., the cut is
insuficient
The desintegrated particles
are not at correct size
The machine is full-fed
The belt is slipping

proper base
The anti-vibration rubbers
were not installed
The impeller is unbalanced

Solution
Put the machine on a leveled
and rigid base
Install it according page 15
Check the quantity,
assembled position knifes and
hammers
Open the cover of the
impeller compartment and
remove the accumulated
material
Sharpen the knives according
to page 23
Replace the cutting knife
according page 25
Supply the machine
uniformily and continuously
without excess
Check the motor power and
pulleys diameter
Replace the hammers
according to page 26
Check the motor power and
pulleys diameter
Adjust the flow according to
