VOLTAGE SUPPLY
The equipment comes with a power cable for AC supplies. For AC net links see drawing D.2.
Before connecting the battery charger, make sure the AC supply voltage is as that specified for the equipment.
The electrical system should be provided with a switch to turn the equipment on and off. The insulation between
the contacts of the AC line wiring connections should be at least 3 mm. The AC line wiring connections should
comply with current national electrical rules.
WARNING: before connecting or disconnecting the cables from the terminals of the battery charger, make
sure the electricity supply is switched off and the batteries are not in-line connected.
WARNING: if the power cable gets damaged, contact your service center to have it replaced. To avoid
serious accidents, only authorised personnel should have access to the equipment. Access to the battery
charger by unauthorised personnel shall entitle the manufacturer to void the warranty.
