11- Loose clothes and long hair might be cauht by moving mechanisms. Therefore, never get
close or operate the machine in such conditions.
12- Whenever you move the machine out of the harvesting process, lower the outlet chute.
13- Keep the PTO turned on only when harvesting, turn it off during maneuvers or
displacements out of work.
14- Never allow unskilled people to operate the platform or the tractor.
15- Do not allow children or other people to get close to the machine when it is in operation or
during maneuvers.
16- Never replace the cutting set gears with the machine turned on.
17- Do not couple the cardan to the PTO when it is running.
18- Do not start or stop the engine with the PTO running.
19- Never remove the stickers from the machine.
20- When coupling the cardan for the first time, check whether its length is proper.
21- Be aware of the correct operation and maintenance of the machine. Before using it for the
first time, show this manual and instruct the people that is going to operate the machine.
22- Always keep the machine in perfect preserving conditions.
23- Engage the machine to the tractor on a flat and even place, making the procedure easier
and safer.
24- In narrow passages, make sure there is enough width to pass without any interference.
25- Never stay in front of or put your hands in the outlet chute when the machine is turned on.
26- Never transport people or other objects on the machine.
27- Never operate the forage chopper without the bolt of the feeding nozzle.
28- Always use suitable safety equipment for machine operation or maintenance.
