Warranty Term

The agricultural equipment described in this manual is
guaranteed by JF Máquinas Agrícolas Ltda. for a period of 01
(one) year from the purchase bill issue date to the first owner/
consumer of this product, confirmed through the Technical
Delivery Voucher.
Any guaranty service must be done through the local Authorized
Dealer, which is responsible for the sale of the product as well as
for the guaranty order form filling in, essential for this process
going.
Aiming to turn quicker and easier the occasional guaranty service,
it is essencial to fill in the Technical Delivery Voucher and
Guaranty Control which is in the inside cover of this manual and
send it to the Post Sale Department. Optionally, it is possible to fill
in this voucher directly in our Home Page: www.jfmaquinas.com
This warranty will not be valid when:
1- If the defect presented was caused by improper use and/ or use
in disagreement with the Operatin Manual;
2- If the equipment was modified, violated or repaired by people
non-authorized by the manufacturer and/ or when non-genuine
spare parts are used;
3- If the equipment is driven by tractors with power above the
maximum recommended in the Operation Manual;
4- If the defects are caused by non-accordance with the Operation
Manual or by natural agents or accidents.
Any Warranty repair must be carried out directly in the local
Authorized Dealer Workshop. When any Technician or Mechanic
goes to the property for a service, such service will be in charge of
the equipment Owner.
The manufacturer has the right to make changes in its products
without any oblogation of applying them in the products previously
manufactured.
