Problems
Gathering drums don't pull
the material properly

Causes
Gathering drums springs
has little pressure
Razor's edge is not enough
Counter knife worked up
Razor's edge is not enough
Improper rotor rpm
Excess of material
Belts loose
Solution
Increase the springs
pressure
Sharpen razors
Invert or replace the counter
knife
Sharpen razors
Check and adjust rotation
according rotations table
Control better the feeding in
inlet tube
Stretch our belts
When sharpen the knives,
perform uniform sharpening
on all them
Weight the knives in a
precision balance to certify
that all them has the same
weight
When replace knives always
replace the complete set
