10 - ORDERING SPARE PARTS

to ensure optimum after-sales service, the following
information must be provided with each spare parts order:
- type and serial number of the motor.
- name and (or) item number of each spare part.
- Quantity ordered for each spare part
For instant identification, please give the reference of the
document used for the order (drawing or manual number).
the type and serial number are indicated on the nameplate
of the motor.
Endshields and brake must only be dismantled by
an approved Leroy-Somer Service Center.
