I V . Dismantling
1. Unscrew the three rotor screws (51143) and
remove the oscillating weight (1143).
2. Unscrew slightly the reduction gear bolt
screw (51525). Push the bolt (1525) towards
the inside of the movement and remove the
reduction gear (1481). Screw again the reduc-
tion gear bolt screw (51525).
3. Press on the detent axle (502) and take wind-
ing stem (401) out.
4. Remove the casing clamps (166).
5. For the three pieces case, remove the bezel.
6. Extract the movement from the case.
7. Put back again the winding stem (401) to the
movement.
8. Remove the hands and dial.
9. Remove the cock and the balance.
10. Remove the hourwheel (255).
11. Unscrew the four date indicator screws
(52557) and remove the date indicator (2557).
12. Remove the cannon pinion (245).
13. Remove the date corrector (2566/1) and its
pinion (2544/1).
14. Remove the hour recorder bridge (8620) and
the hour-recording runner (8600).
15. Unscrew the endshake hour hammer screw
(58680) and remove the hour hammer (8680).
16. Unscrew the screws (58610) - (58610/1) and
remove the conveyor (8610).
17. Remove the conveyor spring (8720).
18. Remove the calendar driving wheel (2555),
the date finger (2552) and the date indicator
driving wheel (2556).
19. Remove the reléase lever spring of the date
indicator (2633), the reléase lever of the date
indicator (2632), the date jumper spring
(2575), the date jumper bolt (2576/2) and the
date jumper (2576).
I V . Desmontaje
1. Destornillar los tres tornillos del rotor (51143)
y extraer el rotor (1143).
2. Flojar el tornillo del pestillo del móvil de
reducción (51525). Empujar el pestillo (1525)
hacia el interior del movimiento y sacar el
móvil de reducción (1481). Apretar el tornillo
del pestillo (51525).
3. Hacer presión sobre el eje de tirete (502) y
retirar la tija de remontoir (401).
4. Extraer las bridas de fijación (166).
5. En el caso de una caja de tres piezas retirar
el bisel.
6. Extraer el movimiento.
7. Volver a colocar la tija de remontoir (401).
8. Quitar las agujas y la esfera.
9. Desmontar el puente del volante y el volante.
10. Retirar la rueda de horas (255).
11. Destornillar los 4 tornillos del disco del ca-
lendario (52557) y retirar el disco (2557).
12. Extraer el cañón de minutos (245).
13. Extraer el corregidor de fechas (2566/1) ) su
piñón (2544/1).
14. Desmontar el puente del contador de horas
(8620) y el móvil del contador de horas (8600).
15. Destornillar el tornillo del juego del martillo
de horas (58680) y retirar el martillo de horas
(8680).
16. Destornillar los tornillos (58610) - (58610/1)
y retirar el transportador (8610).
17. Extraer el muelle del transportador (8720).
18. Desmontar la rueda de transmisión (2555),
el dedo (2552) y la rueda de arrastre del calen-
dario (2556).
19. Desmontar el muelle de la báscula de salto
instantáneo del calendario.(2633), la báscula
(2632), el muelle del trinquete del calendario
(2575), el pestillo del calendario (2576/2) y el
trinquete del calendario (2576).
