45. Grease the friction between the center wheel
(206) and the cannon pinion (245)(00»»}and
setthe cannon pinion.
46. Set the reléase lever of the date indicator
(2632) after having greased íts pivoting point.
Fasten its screw.
47. Put in function the reléase lever spring of
the date indicator (2633) and grease its sup-
port against the pin of the reléase lever.
Grease also the sides of the reléase lever in
contact with the date finger (2552) (e©c^-).
48. Set the date jumper (2576) after having
greased its pivoting point(c©c»—)Fasten the
end-shake screw (52576) and grease its func-
tion with the jumper.
49. Set the bolt of the date indicator (2576/2)
after having greased its pivoting point (©scM
and fasten its screw.
50. Set the date jumper spring (2575), grease its
support against the date jumper and fasten
its screw.
51. Grease their pivoting points and then set the
date indicator driving wheel (2556), the date
finger (2552), the double calendar setting
wheel (2542) and fasten their screws.
52. Set the date indicator (2557) and fasten the
four endshake screws (52557) (under no cir-
cumstancesthedateindicatormustbeoiled).
53. Check the f r e e d o m of the date indicator
(2557).
54. Put in place the pinion (2544/1), the date
corrector (2566/1), oil the shoulder of date
corrector screw and fasten the latter.
55. Set the hour wheel (255) and grease slightly
its fitting on the cannon pinion.
56. Check the w o r k i n g of the i n s t a n t a n e o u s
calendar change mechanism.
57. Check the working of the quick date setting.
58. Set the dial.
59. Set the hour and minute hands and make
sure that the date jumps at midnight.
60. Set the second hand and the hour and
minute recording hands.
61. Set the chronograph hand.
Important: This hand must be driven in very
tight, while supporting the pivot.
62. Remove the winding stem (401) and case up
the movement.
63. Set the casing clamps (166) and screw
slightly the casing clamp screws (5166).
64. Put again the winding stem (401) in place,
center the movement and fasten the casing
clamp screws (5166).
65. For the three-píéce case fit the bezel.
66. Oil the ball-bearing of the oscillating weight
(1143), set it on the movement and fasten the
oscillating weight screws.
67. Verify the freedom of the oscillating weight
and the working of the automatic winding.

(206) y el cañón de minutos (245)
y colocar el cañón de minutos.
46. Atornillar la báscula de cambio de fecha
instantánea (2632) y engrasar su eje.
47. Colocar en su buena posición el muelle de
la báscula de cambio de fecha instantáneo
(2633) y engrasar su apoyo contra la clavija
de la báscula. Engrasar igualmente las partes
de la báscula que trabajan con el dedo (2552)
48. Colocar el trinquete de fecha (2576) habiendo
engrasado su apoyo ,
tornillo limitador de juego (52576) y engrasar
su frote con el trinquete.
49. Atornillar el cerrojo del disco-calendario
(2576/2) y engrasar su superficie frotante
50. Atornillar el muelle del trinquete de fecha
(2575) y engrasar su apoyo contra el trin-
quete.
51. Atornillar, engrasando previamente sus su-
perficies de trabajo, la rueda de arrastre del
indicador de fecha (2556), el dedo (2552) y
la rueda de transmisión doble del calendario
(2542).
52. Colocar el disco indicador de fecha (2557)
y atornillar los cuatro tornillos limitadores
de juego (52557). (No aceitar este disco en
ningún caso).
53. Controlar que el disco indicador de fecha
esté bien libre (2557).
54. Colocar el piñón (2544/1), el corregidor de
fecha (2566/1), aceitar la portea del tornillo
y atornillar este último.
55. Colocar la rueda de horas (255) engrasando
ligeramente su ajuste con el cañón de minu-
tos.
56. Comprobar el buen funcionamiento del me-
canismo del calendario y del cambio de
fecha instantánea.
57. Comprobar el funcionamiento del corregidor
de fecha rápida.
58. Colocar la esfera.
59. Colocar las agujas de horas y de minutos,
asegurándose de que el calendario cambie
a medianoche.
60. Colocar fas agujas de segundos y las de los
contadores de minutos y de horas.
61. Colocar la aguja del cronógrafo.
Importante: Esta aguja debe quedar fuer-
temente ajustada en el pivote,
para colocarla apoyar un útil
adecuado sobre el pivote opu-
esto.
62. Retirar la tfja.de rémontuar (401) y encajar el
movimiento.
63 Atornillar ligeramente las bridas de fijación
(166).
64. Colocar la tija de remontoir (401), centrar el
movimiento y apretar los tornillos de las
bridas de fijación (5166).
65. En el caso de una caja de tres piezas, colocar
el bisel.
66. Aceitar el rodamiento de bolas del rotor
(1143) y atornillar este en el movimiento.
67. Comprobar si el rotor está libre y el funciona-
miento del remontaje automático.
