33. Put in place the coupling clutch (8080) and
fasten its 'maintain screw (58080). Set the
coupling clutch spring (8320), fasten its
screw and grease the parts of the coupling
clutch in contact with the maintain screw and
the spring.
34. Set the driving wheel (8060).
35. Oil the upper pivot of the pawl winding wheel
(1488) and the chronograph runner (8000).
36. Grease the pivoting point of the reduction
gear(1481).
37. Set the reduction gear (1481). Unscrew
slightly the reduction gear bolt screw (51525),
then push the bolt (1525) towards the reduc-
tion gear bolt screw (51525), then push the
bolt (1525) towards the reduction gear and
fasten the screw (51525).(©se»»)
38. Check of the functions of the chronograph
mechánism:
a) T h e depth of the gears
Driving wheel (8060) - coupling wheel
(8083)
Coupling wheel (8083) - chronograph
runner (8000)
can be adjusted in acting on the eccen-
trics (8400) and (8401).
b) T h e f u n c t i o n o f t h e c h r o n o g r a p h f i n g e r
The depth of the chronograph finger in
the wheel of the sliding gear (8100) can
be regulated in acting on the eccentric
(8406).
c) T h e function of the hammer (8220)
When the return to zero is done, the ham-
mer must lock the heart of the chrono-
graph hammer, but it must not block com-
pletely the heart of the minute-recording
runner (8020). There must be a slight
angular shake.
39. Put in place the hour hammer (8680) and the
endshake screw (58680). Grease the support
of the hammer on the píate (©íc»-), the peen
( o © c ^ ) and the parts of the hammer in touch
with the hour hammer spring (8730) and the
endshake screw (5860).
40. Set the conveyor (8610) and fasten the pivot-
ing screw (58610) and the endshake screw
(58610/1) previously greased. Lubrícate also
the fitting of the conveyor wheels(°*^^-).Set
the conveyor spring (8720), fasten its screw
and grease'the support of this spring against
the conveyor.
41. Set the reléase lever spring of the date indi-
cato r (2633).
42. Before setting the hour recording runner
(8600), lubrícate its pivots.
43. Grease the supports of the friction spring
(8760) of the hour recording runner. Set the
hour recording bridge (8620) and fasten its
iscrews.
44. Check that the hour hammer, the conveyor
and the hour-recording runner are quite free
and verify the functions of the hour recorder.
33. Colocar el embrague (8080) y atornillar su
tornillo de sujacción (58080). Atornillar el
muelle del embrague (8320) y engrasar las
partes del embrague que trabajan con el
tornillo de sujección y con el muelle.
34. Colocar la rueda de arrastre (8060).
35. Aceitar los pivotes superiores de la rueda-
trinquete (1488) y del móvil de cronógrafo
(8000).
36. Engrasar el centro del móvil de reducción
(1481).
37. Colocar el móvil de reducción (1481). Flojar
el tornillo del cerrojo del móvil de reducción
(51525), ponerel cerrojo (1525) contra el móvil
y apretar el tornillo (51525) habiendo previa-
mente engrasado el cerrojo
38. Controles a efectuar en el mecanismo del
cronógrafo:
a) Penetración de los engranajes:
Rueda de arrastre (8060) - Rueda de em-
brague (8083).
Rueda de embrague (8083) - Móvil de cro-
nógrafo (8000) pueden ser reglados gi-
rando los excéntricos (8400) y (8401).
b) Función del dedo del cronógrafo:
La penetración del dedo de cronógrafo
en la rueda de la corredera (8100) puede
ser ajustada por medio del excéntrico (8406).
c) Función del martillo (8220)
Al efectuar la vuelta a cero, el martillo
(8220) debe apoyar y frenar el corazón del
móvil de cronógrafo (8000).
Sin embargo, sobre el corazón del móvil
contador de minutos (8020) no debe apo-
yarse completamente, dejándole así un
pequeño juego angular.
39. Colocar el martillo de horas (8680) y el tor-
nillo de juego (58680). Engrasar el apoyo del
martillo sobre la platina
midad y las partes que trabajan con
el muelle del martillo (8730) y el tornillo de
juego (58680).
40. Colocar el transportador (8610), atornillar el
tornillo de giro (58610) y el de juego (58610/1)
habiéndolos engrasado, así como los ajus-
tes de las ruedas del transportador
Atornillar su muelle (8720), engrasar el apoyo
de este contra el transportador y los tornillos
del transportador.
41. Colocar el muelle (2633) de la báscula de
cambio de fecha instantáneo.
42. Aceitar los dos pivotes del móvil contador
de horas (8600) y colocar este.
43. Atornillar el puente del contador de horas
(8620), engrasando previamente el apoyo del
muelle de fricción del móvil contador de ho-
ras (8760) contra el móvil contador de horas
(8600).
