– The sensor may only be used in
flow gauges that ensure the cor‐
rect flow parameters.
– There must be a free outlet or at
most a counter pressure of 1 bar
at the outlet of the flow gauge.
The maximum operating pressure
of the respective single compo‐
nents must be observed.
– The sensor's voltage supply may
not be interrupted
– Following longer interruptions to
the voltage supply (> 2 h), allow
the sensor to run-in again and
recalibrate it
