If the DNCI is used as a measuring cylinder:
Screw the one−way flow control valves of GRLZ or GRLA directly into the rel

evant compressed air connections.
One−way flow control valves enable the speed to be set.
If the DNCI is used with electronic control:

in the manuals for the positioning con
troller.
Use the proportional directional control
S
valve MPYE for controlling the DNCI .
The proportional directional control valve
in conjunction with the controller elec
tronics creates the desired movement by
means of the difference in pressure on the
two piston surfaces.
Fitting electric components
Avoid external influences by magnetic or
S
ferritic parts in the vicinity of the measur
ing head (approx. 100 mm).
This will guarantee that the sensor func
tions faultlessly.
Insert the screw with cutting thread sup
S
plied into the hole for the earth connec
tion 9.
This will ensure the electrical contact in
spite of the anodizing layer.
Connect the earth cable with low impedance (short cable with large cross−
S
sectional area) to the earth potential.
