POWER PEAK FUN DUO POWER
Dear customer,
Congratulations on your choice of the Power Peak FUN DUO POWER automatic charger
from the robbe range. You are now the owner of a high-performance micro-processor
controlled charger with battery management, for use with a 12 V power source (car bat-
tery) or the 230 V mains supply.
The unit is simple to use, but the operation of a sophisticated automatic charger such as
the Power Peak FUN DUO POWER does require some knowledge on the part of the user.
These operating instructions are designed to ensure that you quickly become familiar with
its facilities.
It is therefore important that you read right through these Operating Instructions, and
especially the Safety Notes, before you attempt to use your new automatic charger for
the first time.
Please BE SURE to read the instructions and safety notes before you use the charger.
Mishandling batteries and battery chargers can be dangerous, as it involves a risk of
batteries exploding and catching fire.
Liability exclusion
This charger is designed and approved exclusively for charging the types of battery
stated in these operating instructions. robbe Modellsport accepts no liability of any
kind if the charger is used for any purpose other than that stated.
We at robbe Modellsport are unable to ensure that you observe the instructions supplied
with the charger, and we have no control over the methods you employ for using, opera-
ting and maintaining the device.
For this reason we are obliged to deny all liability for loss, damage or costs which are
incurred due to the incompetent or incorrect use and operation of our products, or which
are connected with such operation in any way.
Unless otherwise prescribed by law, our obligation to pay compensation, regardless of
the legal argument employed, is limited to the invoice value of those robbe products
which were immediately and directly involved in the event in which the damage occurred.
This does not apply if the company is found to be subject to unlimited liability according
to binding legal regulation on account of deliberate or gross negligence.
