PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE (Setting the programmer and the current sensor)
• Caution! The installation of both anti-derailment buffers is absolutely obbligatory before starting programming
• Make sure that the LEDs "L6", "L7", "L8" are all lit and that the jumper "J3" (manual operation mode) is not inserted.
Note: If the block symbol
• Open the "Standard wiring diagram" which is folded inside the last page of this manual and carry out the programming procedure.
Caution: If the symbol
after 3 minutes has passed since the programmer
was powered up, the gate will start moving auto-
matically (after the warning lights have flashed for
10 seconds) to the completely closed position
(automatic repositioning).

Importing notes regarding the programmer settings
Note 1 Travel direction inversion only during the closing stage.
Note 2 The indicator light flashes slowly during opening, quickly during
closing; remains lit when the gate/door is not completely closed
and is off when the gate is completely closed.
Note 3 If the photoelectric cells are in alarm and the gate is blocked no
movement commands will be accepted (not even in the opening
direction).
Note 4 If the safety device test has been activated you must connect both
the transmitter part as well as the receiver part to the CTRL 24Vdc
input between binding posts 4 and 3.
Note 5 The test is disactivated if the NC safety devices are bridged.
Note 6 If the security device test is activated there will be a one second
delay between the arrival of a command and its execution.
Note 7 In this mode the FTC_S input is managed in the same way as the
current sensor, it therefore the gate inverts for 10 cm, stops for 3
minutes and then continues moving after a 10 second preflashing
period has elapsed.
Attention! In this mode you may only connect a contact safety edge
to this contact.
Note 8 When the FTC_S security device is once again, after the pause
period has elapsed, the gate will move in the closing direction (only
in the automatic mode).
CURRENT SENSOR
The programmer checks the electrical input to the motor, detecting any
eventual increase in effort above the normal operating limits and intervenes
as an additional safety device.
When the sensor intervenes the gate will automatically invert for 10 cm, both
in the closing as well as the opening direction, to free the obstacle it will then
stop for 3 minutes and then continue moving in the original direction after
a 10 second preflashing period has elapsed.
