quickly. Use these troubleshooting tips to resolve simple
issues.

Sound is weak.

Possible solution
Replace / recharge empty battery.
Clean earmold.
Increase volume.
Reinsert the earmold until it fits securely.
Decrease volume.
Clean earmold.

Gently close battery compartment
completely.
Replace / recharge empty battery.
