Accessories

AS-set with micro switch and connection box for the pilot signal. The switch controls the
vacuum plant to make it stop when all valves are closed and make it start again as soon as
a valve is opened. A pilot signal cable an a suitable motor starter are required to execute
this function. Fitting of the AS-set is shown in figure 14 and is also shown schematically in
figures 8–13. Part no. 40141550
2. Current sensing relay for hand held electric tools. For 230 V AC. Maximum 10 A. See figure
A page 8. In a plastic box with connection terminals. Part no. 40780260
3. Transformer, 230/24 V AC, 60 VA in a plastic enclosure. Can feed 12 solenoid valves.

3-port valve for remote control of TAV 50 PC (without control device of its own). See

Accessories in classified locations (ATEX)

All electrically connected accessories must be installed according to applicable regulations for EX
products. This means that TAV accessories installed inside of a classified area (i.e. zone 22) must
be connected to an instrinsic safe circuit. Pneumatic accessories without any source of ignition
are not included in this requirement. Please contact Technical Support, AB Ph. Nederman & Co.
for detailed information regarding installation of TAV accessories in classified areas.

Recycling

The product has been designed for component materials to be recycled. Its different material
types must be handled according to relevant local regulations. Contact the distributor or
Nederman if uncertainties arise when scrapping the product at the end of its service life.
