The flash unit can be optionally operated with:
• 2 alkaline magnesium dry batteries 1.5 V,
Type IEC LR03 (AAA / Micro), maintenance-
free power source for moderate performance
requirements.
• 2 nickel-metal-hydride rechargeable batteries
1.2 V, Type IEC HR03 (AAA / Micro). They of-
fer very short flash sequence times and eco-
nomical operation as they are rechargeable.
• 2 NC rechargeable batteries 1.2 V, Type IEC
KR03 (AAA / Micro).
Notes:
• The rechargeable / disposable batteries are
empty or used if the flash interval for flashes
at full power exceeds 60 s.
• If you do not use the flash unit for a pro-
longed period, remove the disposable /
rechargeable batteries from the device.
