Otherwise, operation of LEICA D–LUX 4 with
attached LEICA CF 22 is just as described in the
camera manual in relation to the use of the inte-
grated flash unit, i.e. all functions of the camera
as described in the manual are available.
Instructions:
• The integrated flash unit cannot be used when
LEICA CF 22 is attached.
• When the white balance is set on the camera
with attached flash unit [!WB], a fine adjust-
ment may be required (see corresponding
sections in the camera manual).

Instructions:
• The focal length ranges are based on the initial
format of the camera used; with other cameras
they must be recalculated accordingly (see the
manuals of the respective cameras).
• Please note that the range of the flash illumi-
nation is reduced by the use of the wide-
angle diffuser (see "Technical Data", p. 39).
• If "WIDE" flashes in the LC display of the flash
unit, then the wide-angle diffuser is needed.
