3 Addressing
3.1 Assign the AS−Interface slave address
We recommend the use of the Festo addresser type ASI−
PRG−ADR with adapter cable type KASI−ADR.
Before connecting an AS−Interface slave to the bus, assign
a non−reserved AS−Interface address to each AS−Interface
slave. Set the desired address with the AS−Interface ad
dresser. Permitted range 1...31.
The factory setting of the terminal is address 00
ID/ IO code see type plate or technical specifications
It is not necessary to parametrize the AS−Interface
slaves.
