Commissioning
• Fasten the cover prior to commissioning.
The function of the device is software-dependent. For programming, connect a
PC with ETS 2, version 1.1 or higher or Power-Project (min. Vers. 3.0), via the EIB-
RS 232 interface to the Powernet EIB bus line.
Allocation of the Physical Address
• Switch on the supply voltage.
• By means of the ETS or the controller, load the system ID, the physical address
and the application into the actuator 6972 AG-102-500.
• For this purpose, press the programming key on the device.
- The red programming LED illuminates.
• The red LED extinguishes after the physical address has been programmed.
• Note the number of the physical address on the device, if appropriate, using a
non-smudge pen.

Please refer to the current Technical Manual for a description of the available
application versions and appurtenant parameters.
